Lis\u00e4k\u00adsi laa\u00addi\u00adtaan yhteen\u00adve\u00adto siit\u00e4, miten ammat\u00adti\u00adlais\u00adten taito\u00adja ja osaamista voidaan paran\u00adtaa. RemoT\u00adEd \u2011han\u00adkkeen kohderyh\u00adm\u00e4n\u00e4 ovat sote-alan yri\u00adtyk\u00adset, julkiset organ\u00adisaa\u00adtiot, teknolo\u00adgia-alan yri\u00adtyk\u00adset sek\u00e4 asi\u00adakkaat ja kansalaiset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remot\u00aded \u2011han\u00adkkeen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6 on mukana tuke\u00admas\u00adsa uuden teknolo\u00adgian tai dig\u00adi\u00adtaalisen ratkaisun k\u00e4yt\u00adt\u00f6\u00f6not\u00adtoa ja pilo\u00adtoin\u00adtia. Tarkoituk\u00adse\u00adna on ker\u00e4t\u00e4 ammat\u00adti\u00adlais\u00adten ja asi\u00adakkaiden koke\u00admuk\u00adsia toteu\u00adtuneista piloteista esim. haas\u00adtat\u00adtelu\u00adjen avul\u00adla. Digital and Technological Social and Healthcare Enhanced Delivery in Remote Areas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The pur\u00adpose of the RemoT\u00adED project is to sup\u00adport the uti\u00adliza\u00adtion of tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions and dig\u00adi\u00adtal\u00adiza\u00adtion from the per\u00adspec\u00adtive of cit\u00adi\u00adzens, com\u00adpa\u00adnies, research orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, and pub\u00adlic orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions. The main goal of the project is to strength\u00aden the skills and capa\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adties of social and health\u00adcare pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals in the adop\u00adtion of dig\u00adi\u00adtal and tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions and to pilot tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions. The project will map and, if nec\u00ades\u00adsary, devel\u00adop the dig\u00adi\u00adtal skills of pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals, cre\u00adate train\u00ading con\u00adtent, and devel\u00adop con\u00adtin\u00adu\u00adous learn\u00ading in col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion with part\u00adners. Addi\u00adtion\u00adal\u00adly, a sum\u00adma\u00adry will be pre\u00adpared on how the skills and com\u00adpe\u00adten\u00adcies of pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals can be improved. The tar\u00adget groups of the project are social and health\u00adcare com\u00adpa\u00adnies, pub\u00adlic orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions, tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy com\u00adpa\u00adnies, as well as cus\u00adtomers and cit\u00adi\u00adzens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RemoT\u00adED pro\u00adjec\u00adt\u2019s actions con\u00adsist of three work pack\u00adages. The plan\u00adning of the work pack\u00adages and pilots involves the asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions from dif\u00adfer\u00adent areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 1: Mapping of Skills and Development Needs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Work Pack\u00adage 1 aims to iden\u00adti\u00adfy and assess the skills and needs of social and health\u00adcare pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals in uti\u00adliz\u00ading dig\u00adi\u00adtal and tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions. This work is based on the results of the prepara\u00adto\u00adry project, which exam\u00adined the cur\u00adrent state, chal\u00adlenges, ben\u00ade\u00adfits, and future oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adties of tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions in social care, health\u00adcare, and edu\u00adca\u00adtion. In the begin\u00adning of the project, a back\u00adground infor\u00adma\u00adtion is also col\u00adlect\u00aded from Ice\u00adland, which was not yet involved in the prepara\u00adto\u00adry project. Work Pack\u00adage 1 also inves\u00adti\u00adgates the needs of asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded part\u00adners through sur\u00adveys and work\u00adshops. Infor\u00adma\u00adtion is col\u00adlect\u00aded and shared in col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion with the project part\u00adners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 2: Development and Piloting of Training Packages Supporting Digital and Technological Skills<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the Work Pack\u00adage 2 is to devel\u00adop inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal train\u00ading offer\u00adings for social and health\u00adcare pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals and stu\u00addents. The aim is to strength\u00aden dig\u00adi\u00adtal and tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal skills and com\u00adpe\u00adten\u00adcies. The train\u00ading offer\u00adings are devel\u00adoped and eval\u00adu\u00adat\u00aded in col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion with stu\u00addents, asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded part\u00adners, and tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy com\u00adpa\u00adnies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Package 3: Implementation of Technological Solutions in the Field of Social and Healthcare<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the Work Pack\u00adage 3 is to imple\u00adment dig\u00adi\u00adtal or tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal solu\u00adtions in social and health\u00adcare work units togeth\u00ader with asso\u00adci\u00adat\u00aded part\u00adners. The adop\u00adtion of tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy aims to devel\u00adop and improve the avail\u00adabil\u00adi\u00adty and qual\u00adi\u00adty of social and health\u00adcare ser\u00advices in sparse\u00adly pop\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded areas. The pro\u00adjec\u00adt\u2019s staff sup\u00adports the adop\u00adtion and pilot\u00ading of new tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy or dig\u00adi\u00adtal solu\u00adtions. The aim is to col\u00adlect expe\u00adri\u00adences from pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals and cus\u00adtomers from the pilots, for exam\u00adple, through inter\u00adviews. Expe\u00adri\u00adences are open\u00adly shared through reports, pub\u00adli\u00adca\u00adtions, and pod\u00adcasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result of the Remot\u00aded project, train\u00ading solu\u00adtions will be cre\u00adat\u00aded to devel\u00adop the dig\u00adi\u00adtal and tech\u00adno\u00adlog\u00adi\u00adcal skills of social and health\u00adcare pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals. The train\u00ading solu\u00adtions devel\u00adoped in the project will remain avail\u00adable to tar\u00adget and stake\u00adhold\u00ader groups in the North\u00adern Periph\u00adery and Arc\u00adtic pro\u00adgram area, enabling the pro\u00adjec\u00adt\u2019s long-term impacts. The RemoT\u00adED project will lead to the adop\u00adtion of dig\u00adi\u00adtal tools in social and health ser\u00advices, and pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals\u2019 con\u00adfi\u00addence in using tech\u00adnol\u00ado\u00adgy will increase in sparse\u00adly pop\u00adu\u00adlat\u00aded areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
