In addi\u00adtion to Kare\u00adlia Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Applied Sci\u00adences, the project part\u00adners include the Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of East\u00adern Fin\u00adland, Savo\u00adnia Uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty of Applied Sci\u00adences, Rive\u00adria (North Kare\u00adlia Munic\u00adi\u00adpal Edu\u00adca\u00adtion and Train\u00ading Con\u00adsor\u00adtium), Savo Voca\u00adtion\u00adal Col\u00adlege, and Yl\u00e4-Savo Voca\u00adtion\u00adal Col\u00adlege.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The shared goal of the part\u00adner insti\u00adtu\u00adtions is to increase the employ\u00adment of inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal stu\u00addents in the region after grad\u00adu\u00ada\u00adtion, par\u00adtic\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adly in sec\u00adtors fac\u00ading labor short\u00adages. Entre\u00adpre\u00adneur\u00adship is one pos\u00adsi\u00adble path\u00adway to employ\u00adment. The project con\u00adsists of four work pack\u00adages, imple\u00adment\u00aded by the insti\u00adtu\u00adtions in their respec\u00adtive sub-projects, with col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion across the orga\u00adni\u00adza\u00adtions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tal\u00adent Hub East\u00adern Fin\u00adland project has devel\u00adoped solu\u00adtions that help inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal stu\u00addents strength\u00aden com\u00adpe\u00adten\u00adcies that are impor\u00adtant for employ\u00adment.
